Batflix – Bringing you the best Baseball and MLB content about your favorite baseballplayers on Youtube.

The nostalgic sound of a bat hitting the ball, the aroma of freshly mowed grass, and the delight of savoring Cracker Jack during a baseball game all embody the essence of America's favorite pastime. The enduring appeal of baseball can be traced back to its rich history and the game's
unwavering essence over time.
Fascinatingly, even if your great-great-grandfather were magically transported to today's stadium, he would likely have no trouble following the modern game, thanks to its seamless continuity across generations.
This unique feature allows for more straightforward comparisons between players from different eras, which is precisely what I will be attempting to do here. Let's embark on this journey and see where it takes us!

Bonds is not eligible. If you took in consideration of performance while playing for a sub par team most of his career you would have listed Ernie Banks. Childhood hero.

about time someone gave Rickey Henderson and Ichiro the respect they deserve
  • Thank You for this excellent compilation !!! And don't worry, there's no way in Earth you're going to please everyone, no one can, lists like these will never end discussion and controversy, if anything it will only sparkle more. But I still think Roberto Clemente 🇵🇷 should have been included... 😂😆🤣😁😄

Given the many prime years that Teddy Ballgame was at war, he should be about #4.

George Herman Ruth the Babe was a great hitter and pitcher could do it all👍👍👍👍👍👍

I would have Mays 1 and Ruth 2 because of his all around talent.
  • As a Cadinals fan wih baseball memories since 1960 or so you included the greatest Cardinals player ever Stan Muial as number 10 which makes me happy. You also included Babe Ruth number one and Willie Mays number two which I agree on as well. My greatest Cardinals players ever that follow Musial are Bob Gibson, Albert Puhols, and Rogers Hornsby. Here is my all-time Cardinals lineup: Brock - LF Hornsby - 2B Musial - RF Puhols - 1B Edmonds - CF Boyer - 3B Molina - C Ozzie Smith -ss Bob Gibson -P My bench is Ted Simmons - c, Frankie Frisch and Red Schoendienst in the infield, Enos Slaugther and Joe Medwick in the outfield.
  • nice vid. it's always funny to me how Barry Bonds can't be credited as already having Hall of fame numbers before he doped up, yet players like Roger Clemens will be talked about as if he isn't just as contentious & known for doping as Bonds.

I think you must have a catcher on here. Johnny Bench or Yogi Berra (I lean Bench because he was such a great fielder and catcher is a fielding-first position.) Or Josh Gibson -- but including NL players opens a whole can of worms. Mike Schmidt (3B) probably also belongs. And as much as I didn't care for him and that he was one-dimensional offensively, Pete Rose. His tenacity and longevity can't be overlooked. (Frank Robinson, Roberto Clemente, Christy Mathewson, Grover Alexander other *possible* omissions.)

Pedro shouldn't even be sniffing the list of top 50! You didn't have Nolan Ryan, Pete Rose, Mark McGuire, Tony Gwinn, Ernie Banks, or dozens of other player you left out, who far surpassed some players on this list.
  • @jamessansone3455
You have Mike Trout over Joe D, this is absolutely crazy and this list is BOGUS
  • My Top Ten: 1) Babe Ruth. 2) Willie Mays. 3) Ted Williams. 4)Ty Cobb. 5) Hank Aaron. 6) Rogers Hornsby. 7) Lou Gehrig. 8) Tony Gwynn. 9) Stan Musial. 10) Ken Griffey junior
  • @jeffzawislak1737
How can you leave Nolan Ryan off the list a 27-year career 5,000-plus strikeouts 7 no-hitters 12 one-hit games how many 18 19 strikeout games You could cut Nolan Ryan's career up and have three Hall of Fame careers
  • @robscards6313
Great list....I would say make a way to add in Nolan Ryan, Cal Ripken, Jackie Robinson, and maybe Roberto Clemente....
  • You didn't include me! Yesterday I had an impressive showing for Korea's Jinju Mania team, walking and striking out against two local high school pitchers. Truly a great moment in baseball history 😂
