My opinion: If you live in a city, or have neighbors close to you, don't get the muffler delete. It's obnoxiously loud on a cold start and crazy loud even under partial throttle. Video's on YouTube don't do the volume justice (I researched a ton before deleting the mufflers, and it was WAY louder than what I thought). Highway driving is a droned out nightmare.
I paid about $450 for the HKS and it's 100% worth it. You hear the deep growl of the VQ without your neighbors hating you. Money well spent.
I'm not a fan of resonator deletes or cat deletes, because the VQ has a very ugly rasp at higher RPM's, and a resonator is necessary to quiet that down. Don't be that guy.
Dream exhaust would be an ARK GRiP but I'm not spending $3k on this thing. Hope that helps someone looking for an exhaust for their V36.

I live in Somerville MA. Is the HKS too loud? Will I risk being pulled over for the noise? I can't tell over phone how loud it actually is.
