    Today was the last day of the first month of mostly bodyweight exercises. Done 8 different exercises with 20 reps each (Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Squats, Heel Taps, Russian Twists, Bicep Curls, Shoulder Press, and yes, the Towel Pulls). Starting tomorrow doing twice as much for the next month up until I am doing 1000 reps a day. Thank you for the inspiration!!! Really enjoying the Towel Pulls, it's a good one!

FYI I’m 62, I have been doing the same type of stuff you do, since I was a teenager. I have zero physical limitations. None. I am proof your methods are sound. I have sustained this exact type of training/ philosophy/lifestyle over decades. And I still skip like a Boss brother. Keep spreading the word, you are a good man

    Bro you're such an inspiration! You should build a full programs with some guidance with it and sell it! This will be such a valuable tool! I sick of the gym and all of that and I started to do martial art 4 months ago, yet I want to gain more strength. Your stuff is exactly what I was looking for it!
