5:05 I will say that I agree w/ Jared. It took me YEARS to learn to zone out. Now, I am so good at it that it blows my mind how close I sit next to that person & completely not hear a single word or syllable. What I do first though, is that I will tune EVERYTHING out & then I will picture myself in a white room just completely blank.
