According to Thomas Binger, Garrett having an AK at the riot makes him the aggressor. These lawyers pretending that the only "politics" were on the side of Daniel Perry is pathetic. Any other county in Texas would have acquitted him.

I love that Perry getting pardoned is upsetting so many people! Protestors need to learn to leave innocent people alone.

Maybe the entire process got it wrong? It isn’t infallible. He never should have been charged, let alone convicted.

FOR ALL OTHERS, The system works. Except for those who organized the insurrection. Do we believe in justice or not?
  • So when the DA, the judge and the jury disregard Texas law regarding self-defense, who is there to protect the innocent?
