In this video, I talk about tips to weave with finer yarns. By “finer” yarns, I mean anything that is thin! It doesn’t matter if it’s cotton, Tencel, cottolin or anything else: my tips are the same. I need to mention that I do not have a magic formula, but I still have some tricks that I have developed over time. I hope this weaving tutorial helps you!

  • I am new to weaving and so happy I discovered your channel. I just finished the scarf that you made on another video, using the Ombre yarn. It came out beautifully. You really are inspiring and I appreciate all that you do to encourage us weavers. Be well, best wishes to you.

Thank you, those are all helpful tips. I really appreciate your channel.
  • I just found your channel because I looked up how to weave a blanket & after watching one of your videos, I started watching more & more. I just had to subscribe! You are charming & informative. I'm brand new to weaving & plan to start small, with mini wall hangings & maybe coasters. I appreciate the time you take to explain things & share with us. Thank you! 💜

Hi Mylena! I love your videos! I watched a lot of them before I got my loom and especially the one about the reasons you love yours absolutely convinced me to invest in a small one (the price of even the small ones was quite high for me so I got a 16" SampleIt). Love your projects and everything you post inspires and teaches me new things! I hope you will continue running your channel and sharing with us your lovely creativity!
