WCNC Charlotte's Richard DeVayne showed the extensive problems at Charlotte Douglas International Airport due to the massive tech issues nationwide.

The wing of the airport was packed with people waiting for flights to take off or get rescheduled. He spoke to Charlotte City Councilwoman Tiawana Brown was surprised to learn the city's website was down when she arrived at the airport.
