Thanks for sharing very informative information. I am having the problems you explained but I don't know that it is because of vitamin deficiencies. Could you please share in which vegetables I can get B1, B6 and B12.

I have fibromyalgia and lots of pain in legs, namely right side and neck and shoulder pain besides thyroid issues. Sciatica pain in right side etc.. and stomach issues. I take b vitamins and don't feel much of a difference in pain levels. Will try what you've spoken about here.

This is crazy .. my blood results came back as B6 way too high . Making all those side effects every day . So B1 is increased .. 600mg a per day spread out to stop that feeling and 6 x B12 under tongue over the day . The side effects I have for not taking are way worse than taking too much. I know something isn’t right atm.. but that dam doctor just says w” well it’s not killing you ur bloods aren’t abnormal.. however I have fluid in knees and ankles . Still nope ur fine.. he says . I’m not looking to be sick or hurt but I’d like to know why all of a sudden I’m shovelling vitamins in for what reason ? Burning feet dry skin ,cracking skin , hands numbness, tingling , ice cold hands . Normally I’m the heater for others. I am at the start of menopause. I’m very been thru a lot of trauma in the last 4 years and only now out of the situation. Ive been experiencing the diagnosis of these two mental heath issues at a peak time for both.ADHD , C-PTSD etc.. I take vit D omegas.. etc all there own doses and bio if possible to get the real deal .. go figure!!!
  • I wonder if that what is causing my sciatica pain. Because of my Vitamin D is low and hypothyroidism has caused problems. I drink decaffeinated tea or coffee. I have trouble supplementing vitamin D because it constipates me.
