It's apparent that everyone wants the quick fix, and with the voice there really is no such thing. In this tutorial Darren McStay will show how to use your voice and speaking skills for better pronunciation, public speaking; to improve all speech, speak confidently and how to stop mumbling. Daily practice is the best way to improve vocal communication, so if you mumble or have difficulty talking this may be of use.

  • @rt-tq1jm
I'm here because I feel uncomfortable talking to a group, not because I'm shy, but because I tend to slur and rush my words. I want to be more confident!
  • @Lhoyte1
you have to train your voice - Be mindful of your speech - Find someone whoose voice you like - Find 30 - 60 seconds of them speaking - Play it and repeat what they say
  • @Rinoaeris
I'm here because people tend to ignore me when I speak or, dismiss what I say because I sound unsure or stumble over my words. I'm making sure that BS is going to stop right now!!

Everyone at night trying to have self improvement šŸ˜‚
  • two tips my vocal coach gave me that I'm adding to all of this: slow down, and taste your words. I have hearing impairments, and it helps.

Iā€™m really shy and barely talk. Maybe thatā€™s why my voice sucks. I will start speaking exercises. Thank you

I grow up being shy & quiet. Now, its really hard to make a conversation with people because some people would ask me to repeat what I said because the way I pronounce it
  • @Robjohnnetwork
My problem is I stutter a lot, and lose thought from topic Iā€™m speaking on.. I guess even great speakers like Presidents, Leaders, and officials still go through this.. thatā€™s what motivates me to keep going. Great video!
  • I'm tired of sounding stupid. Its time for me to speak for myself. Even when I had trouble on speaking up to my family or my siblings. I always have a problem how to talk to people
  • i always get so shy talking aloud in my room because i feel like the walls are kind of thin as i hear my family too easily. but, i must do it!
  • @ndpndntvar
I mumble a ton, been working on it. I have also been working on CONTROLLING THE VOLUME OF MY VOICE. You're helping me a lot, thanks!

Breathe, always be oxygenated. Never be out of breath. Clear your voice. Speak with confidence.
  • @Jsb7766
I sound so unconfident when I speak that people do not respect me, do not take me seriously and always dare to be rude to me, dismiss me and even laugh at me sometimes, I really want this to change
