I identify as a sigma. I also think he is a sigma. He kept trying to get me to act like an alpha. I gave him plenty of opportunity to act like a divine masculine. I tried to show him the way. He couldn't see it. And I think he did kind of put me in a box. He couldn't comprehend my many aspects because they're not loud they're subtle and authentic.

Good leaders want to help other people develop their innate qualities and become good leaders too. I will just add in terms of Alpha/Sigma dynamics, both are leaders and possess the same qualities EXCEPT that Alphas HAVE to dominate over others, while Sigmas avoid pecking order. Sigmas are basically Alphas that don't need to control others. That's why they prefer to be loners. If you decide to follow their lead, it would more less be based upon you emulating aspects of their life vs them flat out telling you, "THIS IS HOW YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO DO IT." I have two people in my life, husband and ex ( TF) which I love and respect. Both of them misunderstood me until now. Since my mum passed last year, I took my power back. I was a strong leader before I met my ex and my husband and I backed myself to the corner to build a family life. Sacrifice everything for 17 plus years and got 3 beautiful children who are my everything. But I always felt I was under valued and under estimated. I'm currently in the process of standing on my feet again and show my kids that choosing ourselves is the best thing we can do to help us and the people around us. And I am teaching swimming for 5 year olds and i love that but most of the people find that very difficult. The goofing around makes them understand me more, but parents always think I play around. But end of the day, these children learn and enjoy the water at the same time. I always believed in alpha, beta and segma females. I can feel their energy when people walk closer to me. That concept is true. And with my TF journey, I'm walking away this lifetime. I wish him well but I Can't take him where I'm going..., I will see him again...
