The bassist doesnt get enough love. He simply understands the assignment and executes perfectly. This whole band is flawless.

I absolutely killed this song at karaoke last night
  • @moktankaran1697
I honestly thought I would never be able to play this on guitar 🎸. And here we are, 2 years later, I was right
  • That drummer is an absolute genius of using space as sound. He knows exactly what he wants to achieve. Amazing guy
  • @KeshavPachpande
As a guitarist, I have to say that the drummer is so criminally underrated! He is the reason this song sound so good! The whole band is amazing.
  • Lyrics (For the first riff part): Tin goung gang goung goung gin, gouri gou gou ri ga ga, din dan ga* ga* ga* goun da parara, pa tara rari rou, dan, ga* ga* ga* goung goung din, paratatara kara patatararirou, Din goung ga* ga* ga* goun da pararara.....(pa tara rari rou) Χ2🔥🤘
  • The timing of the drummer, when he hits the ride and then grips it noticing exactly how his hand will make the sound dissipate. LEGENDARY skills.
  • Can you imagine bein in this band, goin to jam one-day & the guitarist says, " Hey got this new riff for this song " & Starts playin fkn wind chime sounds on the guitar. Awesome band

This is polyphia's most popular video, and I can see why. My friend began playing 'the worst' and I enjoyed it so much that I asked him to send the spotify link to me. Since then, I've been listening to polyphia, and this masterpiece is my second favourite, first being the worst. Thanks to my friend, and thanks to you guys for bringing us this masterpiece.

I'm an Uber driver. When it's a longer ride, I'll often ask the passenger if they want some music. If they answer yes, I'll ask what kind of music do they prefer. Most of the time the answer is they like different types of music. I'll put this song on and 9 out of 10 times, after 30 seconds, they're asking who this is and putting on their playlist on their phone. Hey Polyphia, I'm gonna need ten percent of sales 🤣🤣🤣 This band is truly unbelievable. The talent from each musician is off the charts

I’m 41 and in college right now. An intense program. 4 years condensed into 2. I listen to meditation music and binaural beats to help me with my studies. Your music liberates me!

I love how they often finish each other's rhythmic statements. Listen to 3:06 - 3:09 The guitar starts the phrase and drums almost finishes the phrase until the guitar comes back in. Think about the technical level to go from a rip to a groove and back so effortlessly while maintaining that tight pocket. Amazing. All of them.
