Brilliant, great angler and a gentleman, well done Guru team.

Absolutely one of the best fishing pods I have had the pleasure to watch and listen to. Now 73 years old it took me right back to my match fishing days with local local angling clubs in the late sixties and early seventies, boy I still wish I had the same camaraderie and crack from back in those days. Just brilliant thanks one and all.👍🎣

Fantastic podcast, the best yet a true gentleman and a great role model for the young people coming through.
-
Just to confirm that the Viz is still very much alive and well and published monthly, been reading it for over 30 years now.

For one of England's most successful match anglers of all time I've always felt Sean flew a bit under the radar. Great angler, great interview. Btw Kilbirnie Loch is in Ayrshire.
-
Loving this. Total blast from the past for me, old Shakespeare and Starlets rivalry 😀
-
I've always been a massive Sensas fan boy so I've followed Sean's career for as long as I've can remember. Buzzing for this one.

What a nice chap. Top angler.

-
Really enjoyed that one guys. Great stories especially that last 20mins....brilliant.
-
Another top podcast great to here from the Team England Anglers far more interesting, maybe we might see Steve Gardener or Ian Heaps in the future

First comment... Loved the podcast ❤

The angling trust taking a cut of any sponsorship could be part of the reason “small” sponsors don’t come forward, just a thought
-
A great angler Sean he brought back some great memories for myself was great listening to him also all sporting events that were sponsored by tobacco eg embassy were stopped embassy world darts, embassy pairs, embassy world snooker due to cigarettes being promoted which were seen as unhealthy so the government put an end to it.
-
Thanks for this ❤😊🎣

Great job mat always love the Pod cast. Think it would be very interesting how much it costs you all to fish for England
-
Brilliant Matt and Sean - proper angler. On the subject of sponsorship I don't think big companies will buy in unless there is more TV coverage, Social media is OK but not the same as mainstream tele. Angling needs to consider how similar working class sports gets a high profile - darts for example, TV - big money and a circus atmosphere.
-
Sky England team, that would cover pretty much everything the team and sport needs.

Gets like that I was born into fishing when I hit my 30s I went to golf now I do a bit of fishing again after 20 years
