Cracking build Always clean alloy afore you weld it😊 and only for example on use that wire brush for alloy and you will get much better weld 😊 👍🏴😁✌️

It was nice watching you experiment without a spool gun. You may already know this but aluminum is extremely sensitive about how much prep you do. Make sure you use the right abrasives for aluminum. You can have the best spool gun in the world but you will still have poor welds with a dirty surface.

Just clean your joints before you weld .. use a stainless brush that is specific to this job .. coming from a youtube jockey who hasn’t welded aluminum.. so do check this fyi
