How you describe Herobrine made me less scared of him by alot: "Herobrine is a Steve skin with 4 pixel adjustment"
  • @Glungus123
what's so scary about minecraft is that the developers can easily make minecraft a horror game and that haunts me.
  • I love horror movies, I don’t get scared easily by them, yet the Minecraft cave sounds will always send chills down my spine.
  • The end credits in Minecraft, after going over them again, absolutely blew my mind. It's shocking and saddening to me in a weird way that most people skip them and just see them as a "touch some grass kid lol" statement. It's fourth wall breaking and genuinely an interesting concept; two God-like beings discussing not just the player, but the person behind the player. The fact that there are two God-like entities discussing the player after the defeat of the ender dragon (as well as the "Free The End", "The End?", and "The End." achievements) leads me to believe that these two beings are somehow directly tied into the lore of the end and the ender dragon. The constant references to the game as "the short dream", and real life as "the long dream" also play a significant role. Specifically the following quotes: "No. It has not yet achieved the highest level. That, it must achieve in the long dream of life, not the short dream of a game." "But there are times it is sad, in the long dream. It creates worlds that have no summer, and it shivers under a black sun, and it takes its sad creation for reality." "Take a breath, now. Take another. Feel air in your lungs. Let your limbs return. Yes, move your fingers. Have a body again, under gravity, in air. Respawn in the long dream. There you are. Your body touching the universe again at every point, as though you were separate things. As though we were separate things." I like the last line the most, it implies that we are all our own God and have the power to change anything that we desire. The two beings discussing us and our success in beating the ender dragon are a part of us. And that makes the credits of Minecraft one of my favourite parts of the game, lore speaking.

Most people are unaware, but the original "Removed Herobrine" was actually in reference to a bug that was codenamed Herobrine. What this bug did, was made you randomly die for no reason. This bug did come back once or twice and had to be removed again, but because of the Herobrine legends, they thought it was a great little story and kept doing it

shower thought : if an iceberg video becomes popular , will the lower parts of the iceberg rise because more players know it?

Something you didn't mention about Education Edition is its relationship with Bedrock/PE. When you generate a world, you get an option to turn on Education Edition, which gives you the items from Education Edition. I actually like this and think it should be added to Java, because the new items are good for decorations like cupboards, and balloons and underwater tnt are just cool.

The Vatican one literally made me sad. Good to hear that they managed to fix it.
  • @azzzy444
i read it as "Explained in 1 minute" and i got so confused but...hour long video :D
  • @ThylineTheGay
40:13 the 0 tick 'bug' was not fixed, the fast growing was. 0-tick is a pretty important mechanism in some creations

56:47 this still gives me anxiety. Back them I had built a Titanic like Ocean liner in a month. When it was finished, I set fire to the „perfectly safe“ boilers. End of story: a month of hard work burned down in under 3 minutes.
  • I had a very odd experience that I was wondering if anyone else has experienced. It might sound crazy but me and my friends caused some sort of “time warp” thing by killing a villager. We were making an ongoing joke about this villager being invincible and insanely lucky. So my friend thought it would be funny to make a 15x15 nuke of TNT and light it right on top of the villager. Now of course we flew really far from our main village we built not wanting to cause harm to our builds. But the overload of tnt started glitching me and all my friends game. The time of day was different for all of us and we started seeing duplicates of ourselves and are friends glitching around the map. This was kind of scary and we were all talking about it in VC. On the way back to the village the lag finally stopped and we all were fine but every single villager was frozen in place and wouldn’t walk or even make noise. We though our games crashed but everything else worked fine. Opening doors, chests, etc. We were confused on how to fix this so we left the game and we all restarted our games and joined back Into our server and to our surprise the villager we executed YESTERDAY was back in his previous house and the explosion was still there and villagers were moving yet again. My friend was spooked because we killed the villager for pushing another villager into a campfire. This world was already a roleplay world and we decided to use this for some lore and made a monument to remember the time warp. Telling our other friends abt this when they were offline wasn’t easy. Nobody believed us and everyone thought we were crazy or seeing things.

As a veteran minecraft player i'm, who played since the first versions, is so nice to see and remember old features that the game doesn't have anymore. Like the "zombie spawn near bed" feature, that shit scared me up when it happened, so i never sleep outside my game shelter after this hahaha
  • @MCraven120
What if Notch has just been slipping a single apple in his inventory everytime he plays and no ones noticed?
  • @limonroe8953
The 3D capability mentioned in layer three was popular at the theater I used to work at. After closing we'd set up our computer to the imax projector, edit the minecraft screen to 3D mode and play the world's best games of minecraft. Would recommend.
  • @ckrgmoney8953
If you play the discs over one another in order it makes a audio story, and when disc 11 came out it seemed like nothing, but now with the warden out it sounds like the player running from the warden on the sculk blocks
  • @bariohuli145
“Endermen are the only mobs that are three blocks tall” Iron golems: u fockin wot m8?
  • @tvb5509
The connected dimensions theory was actually deconfirmed by Dinnerbone, who said that they are simply different dimensions.
