00:05 That raft removal is extremely satisfying. I don't use rafts often but if mine came off that smooth I might. I'm more of a brim guy. Edit: A video on raft tips could be cool I would use them more if I could dial them in like that but I tend to use other options due to not wanting to deal with the drawbacks.

I can't quite tell how hard it is to rotate from the video but I'm curious to see how much voltage it can generate if you attach it to a generator (assuming you would be able to rotate it with the extra resistance force)

it seems that you have to go with the hardened steel way, probably nearest workshop can help you with that I just can't believe that you actually 3D printed that handle bar, I thought it will be just a wooden block
