a neat game, splinter arrow is probably the best since its a good chunk easier to hit apples later on

I made it to 165 with shuriken arrows and splinter arrows. Also had a funny death with hook arrows: beheaded an enemy with one, and the severed head got pulled towards at mach 10 and it bowled me off the pillar. Shuriken arrows are amazing. Lots of knockback, tons of damage, low stamina cost, it does chip damage even in a stalemate, and if one tiny little shuriken happens to hit an apple, you get the regen from it. Most of The later unlocks chew through stamina insanely fast, which makes them borderline unusable in the long run.
