  • This is the BESTEST agent i have ever seen! He is so involved with the couple! Makes them enjoy & feel so comfortable & brings lots of joy to the experience!

The 2nd house is beautiful, classic and timeless looking. It's perfect and looks like a mini mansion. They like what they see, so each to their own.
  • I loved number 3 , golf course communities are great and very friendly. Most golf communities in Florida have a club/ community pool
  • @123meyca
I NEED him to find MY dream home, I hope he is still doing this by the time I'm ready.
  • @sweetjayne47
the first one was the deal man. low price NO NEIGHBORS and land
  • @myyuba
favorite show on HGTV - LOVE LOVE LOVE David
  • @drewconway7135
I wouldn’t want to have to clean any of these houses.
  • @MsWarriordiva
The difference in price, you could hire someone to do the projects!! I would have picked #2.

The 2nd House Was The Best One😊They Will REGRET! Getting The 3rd One! Too Close Too Neighbors No Fence & Barely Room For A Pool!😢
  • @Suely4sure
Beautiful house but I hope they realize how much pools cost! 😬 I realize most would have gone with the other two houses but when your retired I would not want to be so secluded. You want to meet people (especially coming from another state) and just enjoy life without all the maintenance. Good choice!
  • @lovelyshirl
The decor in that second house was soooooo wrong for florida. Furniture too heavy and grand. And the hideous curtains and random valances everywhere - yuk.
  • @dianefinegan5286
I have to say i only watch this show to see you David...you are a good looking man and i love all your tattoos!!!!!!!❤
  • @cferg9835
Multiple Neighbors in your backyard on #3 and that leaves small pool area. Bad choice IMO
  • @Etta319
Unpopular opinion but the Third was my favorite. Neighbors are a bit too close but still beautiful
  • @bevfrench3496
I love the second house especially not so crowded with neighbors. Can't believe they chose that one.
  • That second house is just awesome!! The third house is even better though it has no pool. Golf course property sell for great money.
  • @welivelovelife
Great choice, no to low maintenance and brand new!!! Definitely go modern!
  • @lw3269
Yucky choice. I would have chosen home #2 and eliminated the first kitchen in favor of expanded living space. Way more potential and fab pool.
  • @valynteena
I loved the first home for the lowest price and also the privacy. Renovating the bathroom and adding some additional features to the outdoor space would make it perfect.
