Addressing a rally in Solapur, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that Congress never aimed to facilitate the leadership from the SC-ST-OBC communities. He added that they always disrespected leaders like Babasaheb Ambedkar and Babu Jagjivan Ram. He said the BJP government gave Bharat Ratna to Babsaheb and enabled the election of India's Presidents from the SC-ST community.
