I'm amazed countries that have hurricanes and tornadoes never seem prepared for them. There are always wooden houses swept up, torn to pieces and people clinging on to trees. These places should only be building concrete homes that are hurricane proof and look into shipping container homes for people on a lower budget, and support should be provided by the gov't, this is their duty. I would bet it would make the clean up and getting back to normality easier.
