You only need the 72 set of Arteza expert coloured pencils for this tutorial but you can get away with a lot less and you can still follow along with other brands of pencils too.
In this tutorial we go over some basic blending techniques and I list all the different colour pencils that you will need. I use example anime eyes as well as galaxies and we do all of these in 2 different blends and shades.
