This UST squad really showed great character in this game, showing no complacency knowing they have the advantage. They are laser focus to their goal to be in the finals. Congrats girls and continue to impress up til the end!

Again, those staredowns and swags won’t give you any credit. You win by points, and that’s what UST players have been doing. I knew UST will go to the finals. They swept La Salle the entire season. Kudos to DLSU as they fought hard. Too bad they did not defend their crown. UST was just impeccable this season. 💛💛💛 ROY MVP for Poyos please! I love you Cassie Carballo, the most improved (for me) this season. What about the middles of UST? Amazing!!!!

Even if you’re a fan or not, you gotta admit, this is probably one of the best games ever played in the history of UAAP. Those rallies were insane asf.

Many of the Lasallian players were visibly intimidated by Plaza's domineering presence in front of the net. Clearly, napakalaki ng ambag ni Bianca Plaza sa lakas ng UST this season I also think na buenas syang player. May mga ganun kasi, buenas ang presence nya. Si Plaza ang isa sa nagdala sa UST sa panalong ito. Great job, Plaza.

A player is applauded with her skill and talent she shows in the sport, but she's loved even more when she is both skilled, talented and humble. That's the difference between these 2 teams. The other team scores, looks at the opponents court and shout. While the other team scores, looks back and celebrate the point with their teammates. Do your swags as much as you want to but when others criticize you and dislike you for it, you should be prepared and accept it as others have a reason to dislike you as much as you have a reason why you swag. I just wonder, legends and exceptional players with the likes of Sisi, Aiza, Valdez, Jaja and many more to mention never swagged like how these youngsters do. It's a shame. Or should I say, OH PROVIDO! It's a shame..

What I liked about the UST players is that they were never intimidated by La Salle this season. Congratulations, UST! Let's go get that gold 🎉

Grabe net defense ni plaza! Kahit block ball response nya kuha nya parin. Grabe ! Sya talaga nakakuha ng pansin ko this game. Tas pag sya nabibigyan ng bola automatic point. Sobrang utak. Hopefully by 87 (hindi ko naman inaano Ung size nya) pero kung ma improve nya ung weight nya to where she can train to have a higher leap and to approach just like jaja sobrang deadly to ni plaza! Hindi mo matatanggi na sobrang taas ng IQ nya. Sobrang sipag mag block and alam nya agad kung San ung set ng bola ng kalaban mabilis magbasa ng kamay and mannerism. Kaya block touch nya lahat. ❤
