  • OK, am I the only one who got ridiculously excited hearing what appears to be Ryan in the same room as Ian?! This would be the hang/ livestream that I would absolutely love to see!

Basically Kirk is using the Dr Octo Rex to process found sounds, I made a drum kit out of a audio recording of Me going shopping.

It's just one of the genius reasons behind reason. That makes it such a secret weapon.

Greeaaaat! I can hear Ryan’s voice in the background… we love you and your amazing work here, man!!! 🙌🏻

what made it famous is the claps not the bass line taken from Talking Heads' Psycho Killer

Stuff like this is why I use Reason. I've been using it for almost 20 years, and I still find (stock) sounds that inspire me to make a melody. I also want the VST3 to come along, but in the meanwhile I'll use a wrapper to get Kontakt 7 working in Reason.

1 question bout something I read but would like reason studios input if true or not: if I make a Rex file in recycle, I can have an attack of 0, immediate. When you make a Rex file in reason itself, the attack will be 1, to avoid having a click in the beginning of the slices of the Rex file. If not true, why should people still get recycle? Thx for solving this mistery 🎉

😂 <- me when people on Facebook or whenever pull the “I never hear professional producers say they use Reason.”
