Oh yes they absolutely can call a penalty at any point in the game. What you absolutely cannot do is have a player commit a foul right in front of the ref (no matter how many times he got away with it already) which sets up the game winning score with no time left to recover.

As a chiefs fan, I feel for ya man. We were there a few years ago too lol. Y'all got a lot to be proud of, and it was a great game! $13 chicken is better than you can get in Arrowhead too haha. Cant wait for next season

If you're in the first few rows in the upper levels the view is fine, plus you can see what's going on during every play. I've found sitting in the lower levels it's hard to see every play and at times I end up watching the scoreboard. In the end it's all about the experience.
