Was at a Vegas buffet today for brunch. They bring out the crab legs at 10 AM. The guy next to us had two dinner plates piled up half a foot high with crab legs. He finished them, and moved on to another plate of assorted stuff 😅

I would say it's an etiquette rule that you don't go back to the greens section after putting meat on your plate to avoid cross contamination. This can be difficult because that order is unnatural. It feels strange putting olive oil on the plate first and then the gyro meat.
