Is no one confused what’s going on that’s making the starlights freak out

So we have a multiverse of Starlights collecting magical artifacts and bringing them back to some kind of centralized hub. There, it looks like the enchanted gems that give the artifacts power are being taken for some later use. Also, it looks like certain Starlights are teaching the others about the properties of each magical gem, so this is definitely an organized effort. I'm willing to bet this operation is meant to prepare for whatever those timers are counting towards, which, based on said timers, is going to happen in 700 days.
