  • Today was my first time exercising after having two hip replacements and back surgery. I’m 60 years old and recently lost 75 lbs. doing Intermittent Fasting and Healthy Keto. Now I need to tighten up all this loose flab! 😂 I did have to modify on the reverse lunges but it was still a great workout. Thank you!!

    I see that crossfit hasn't changed some of there rules, they still banana too much in there handstand push ups, and it looks like there practicing a hollow back handstands, I might add, but I see there muscle ups are getting better cuz they don't chicken wing now
