  • I’m 62 and bump this like I’m 20 keeping It Real. We have to keep hope alive. I grew in the ghetto. Made it out seen it all so I know we can all get out and be Successful Achieve Greatness.
  • I was a straight GANGSTER in my day and now i am a GROWN MAN that look's back and i can say thank you TOO SHORT for putting this knowledge about the GHETTO and LIFE.
  • This is the epitomy of growing up in the early 90's as a young black male, faced with the pressure of society, trying your hardest not to get harassed by the police and hoping that your best friend doesn't turn on you... It's still relevant to this very second!

2023 and still here. Growing up poor, always moving place to place until 6th grade. Lived in the ghetto. We all made it out and did well thank God! I didn’t forget from where I came. I’m still working with inter city youth trying to give them some hope in a hopeless world. You got to give back!!! ❤🙏🏽🙏🏽

Took alot of my life's lessons from these lyrics - OMG came up from the lowest point on the streets at 17 years old. Now I'm am old shit but I made it as an Engineer. Thanks Too Short for the wisdom in your words it really guided me through life - wisdom I did not get from parents. I still hear your lyrics in my head to this day. Much Love to you 😍💕💕✌🙏

Man, I remember the days lying on my bed, window open, fan blowing and bumping all this old school rap. Those were the days. Makes me want to recreate those experiences... 🎚️🎛️🥁🎤🎧📻
