In this video, I will share my findings with you all! Weāll start things off with a recap of the recent ESO U42 stream that showcased the new zone, the new trial, the new monsters, and the new styling and scribing systems that are all coming with Gold Road. Then I will share my experience playtesting Gold Road and Iāll conclude the video with my thoughts about everything!

I really do hope that ESO strives more to horizontal progression rather than vertical. I'm also huffing a lot of copium in that I hope that the "Styling" is less focused on "how much can we shove into the crown store/crates". Wardens have been pleading since the release for Cliffracer and Bear reskins. I for one would love to change Cliffracer to be a Raven, so I can further distance myself from those loud monstrosities.

I am cautiously optimistic about scribing, but I am horrified about what meta-chasing PVPers are going to be able to do with it. The introduction of Dark Convergence basically made me go from being a PVP regular to once every few months, and having another potentially powerful pull or stun ability that also debuffs you pairing with that for bombing and gank builds makes my butt clench. Everything else looks wonderful and I'm always bummed I can never attend these annual meet ups; it would be so much fun!

Good lord that's some juicy info. Thanks for summarizing the event. I'm really interested in seeing how scribing will increase build diversity but I agree with your sentiment on high APM. I think us NB mains are just used to playing "Through Fire and Flames" on the keyboard every time we enter combat. š Glad you enjoyed Amsterdam, I've been a few times to visit distant family and it's always a good time, very beautiful there. Excited to see your travel vlog.

Thank you for the video! Based upon a few things you covered, it dawned on me that if there's a class based on hermaeous mora (arcanist), I can see the potential for a class based on the glass shard theme for ithelia! I really like the way the glass shard theme looks. Anyway, good video!
