My Gymnasticbodies Journey - Rope Climb Series - Mastery Attempt

Done with L Chin-ups and now on to Progression 10 of Rope Climb Series, L-Pull ups. We are supposed to try to see if we can master the progression the first week, so we can skip it, but I could not do 5 sets of 5 reps with good form, so off to Step 1 with me .. Lol

Close though.. The mobility exercise was different and really elongating.
