Bakso is a popular national dish among the locals and a favorite dish of mine since I have lived here in Indonesia. Bakso is also a favorite dish of former president Obama's. It's bascially a Indonesian beef meatball noodle soup topped with fried onions ,green onions, lime and spicy sauce to your liking. Es Pisang Ijo is a sweet dessert with shaved ice topped with strawberry syrup and eaten with a thin like green dough cover made from sago flour and inside is Pisang which is a banana served with bubur sum sum a sweetened rice porridge made from rice flour, coconut milk and sugar syrup. This two make the perfect meal to enjoy while in Indonesia.

Kalau Carlos suka yg bagian creamy dari es pisang ijo, mestinya dia bisa suka dengan durian. Karena tekstur durian yg juga creamy. Asalkan dapat durian yang bagus. Gigit, kunyah dan analisa rasanya dengan lidah, bukan dengan hidung. Wkwkwk. Can't wait to see your next video.
