If BBC doesn’t find him interesting enough to give him a program, they’re missing a chance.

I'm sure somebody mentioned this but I find it hilarious that Tom Scott missed an eruption twice and Max just wanders over and cooks a ready meal in one.

Only Max could plan and organise flights, a guide, the meal, hiking gear and forget a knife and fork 😂

"I just watched a guy eat a frozen Chicken Korma with a set of pliers out of a monster can that he just cooked on a Volcano" said no one ever.... until now 🤣
  • @justinbarton1795
Can’t believe they didn’t think to add volcano cooking instructions. Clearly they weren’t aware of their costumers needs.
  • @usamaepekonis
At this point it's just a matter of time until Max cooks frozen food with nuclear explosion
  • Every time, I think "how is he going to top this?" and then he does. Incredible. What's next, marshmallow roasted by the heat of atmospheric reentry?
  • @Jemike5
Forgetting nearly everything and still getting it done. Well done!

I feel like Max's whole thing is that he's an absolute EXPERT at networking. Dangerous levels of charisma.

15 years ago, I toasted a sandwhich on a volcano in Iceland. It was much safer though, as there was no lava: I just put the sandwich on rocks that were fairly hot due to the normal volcano heat. It was hot enough too get the bread toasted after 5 minutes. Well done Max, you beat me.

as someone who grew up with the midnight sun it's so funny seeing people experience it the first time
  • The levels of patience this guy has is amazing, not to mention his “drop everything to cook a meal in a volcano” attitude
  • @SortedFood
Now THAT is epic! 💪🙌👌 *Tip... Black salt will give you the sulphurous flavour, without the death-defying element!
  • @1draigon
It needs to be said, even if the winds are pointing in the opposite direction, going close to an active volcano WITHOUT a gas mask is INCREDIBLY dangerous
  • @Denes2005
“Sorry for the pants, we have an erruption” is the best out of context line i’ve heard today

I just love that Max lives in a time where this job is possible. If he was born just 20 years earlier he'd probably be the funniest dad at some boring office job somewhere. Had to Like, Share, and comment on this because it deserves so many eyes.

What Max can do: cook his curry in a literal erupting volcano What Max can't do: have even a little bit of spice in it
  • @goab402
The fact he bought it from a shop called Iceland and then went to Iceland to cook it is just great.
  • For how much Max plans it's hilarious he didn't plan for what a volcano would do to a plastic container haha
  • How is this 4 days old with over 1M views and there’s only 61 comments? This is exactly the kind of content I love from Max, he somehow makes a vaguely chaotic over the top pursuit feel somehow humble at the end😆
