The issue is ECONOMICS and economic prosperity for all Africans. The Finance Bill focused that, and the causes of poverty in Africa and Kenya are long known: odious Debt, mismanagement of public finances, corruption and All these are aided and abetted by the international investors and lenders and their institutions - it takes two to tango.
