Started the day off at a small mom and pop market. Amazing selection of different poke and fried goods. The food was delicious and the service was great. Come here if you want authentic Hawaiian food. The best poke I had on the island of Kauai!

Stopped at a local coffee joint in Lihue. Got to try their local coffee. I loved the vibe and location. I also recommend trying one of their made to order doughnuts.

Super cool local Diner in Lihue. I ordered their spam plate lunch. Such a great comfort meal. Amazing service and food. Shoutout to all the aunties working there haha!
THE MUSUBI TRUCK

Finished the tour off at the best musubi spot on the island. Got to try a variety of different musubi’s. I ordered a ahi, kalbi and deep fried. My favorite was the ahi. Very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have a dope setup for their truck and eating area. I definitely recommend.
