The boss at 28:02 is not called the hunter it's actually called the Martinico an uncontrollable test subject born deformed mutated by the effects of the amber you can actually find the documents of the boss before you face it, I think this is a new boss or a cut content boss

Fun fact: The Black Robe is called Pesanta, not Verdugo. That's the one in the main game. The "Hunter" that gets sliced by lasers also has the name Martinico.
