I don't know a lot about X-Cutioner or even X-Men '97, having never watched the Animated Series, but it's a new and different character for my X-shelf and that's good enough for me!

  • Fun fact, while he doesn’t appear in the amalgam comics, X-cutioner is briefly mentioned in the universe as a fusion with Deathstroke named “X-Stroke”.
  • Robo, you bastard! You take a figure I had no intention of buying and make we want to buy it!!!
  • A single Marvel legend review from Robo. What a very rare occasion 😂
  • @CouchCit
This guy looks like he couldn't make a decision on what to wear, so he just said Yes to everything

I just watched episode 2 of X-Men 97 that that plastic that covers the gun is not supposed to be removed it's part of its design😅
  • That year he debuted in comicbooks, Marvel ran the gimmick of polybagging the annuals with trading cards of the new characters featured in the story. His is about the best out of all those annuals. Amazing art by Chris Sprouse and a badass Boba Fett-like mean streak in that first appearance. What made X-Cutioner cool is that he'd always spring some weapon or contraprion feom the lore of X-Men to hunt them down.

Hey robo. It’s been almost 3 and a half years since you updated us on your Star Wars collection. And as a newer Star Wars collector I’d love nothing more than to see your display and what figures did and didn’t make the cut!
  • I'm surprised with how well X-Cutioner articulates, thought he'd just be another traffic cone. Also I'd love a guide/playday for how to elongate the classic X-Men '97 Magneto's torso. I've seen some people use milliput but was curious how you would go about it.
  • @Getwright-
I wish for this line especially, with its slightly more kid friendly appeal, would put some bios or a free comic (or even a mini comic) with each figure

Sharp intro! I, too, know very little about this guy, but he definitely gives off "Megaman X character" vibes. I'm a fan of the show, and looking forward to '97, but I think I'm more excited about a potential 3rd wave for Jubilee, Morph, and whoever else they've kept under wraps.

I know every figure comes with, "don't put these things in your mouth". What if i cook it first? Now can i put it in my mouth? Does it taste so good that if i ever put it in my mouth i would never want to take it out?

I rewatched xmen 97. And i noticed that little plastic clear part that covers the tip of the gun in the packaging, is actuall a part of the gun in the show. So make sure no to lose that part
  • Possibly my favorite toybiz era figure. Easily one great character and carried my interest in the comic book series 😂❤
  • @gaileybruce
Robo: "do not put this in your mouth". Me: mubling with figure hanging out "wbhy"?
  • @huntingwolf20
For some reason this review and hearing Robo talk about X-men and talking about the design and maybe changing it a bit makes me miss being part of the Fwoosh community really bad.
  • @rustybuckets2143
I would be so tempted to customize this into Reaper from Overwatch
  • @Moonbase3
I don't think I've ever read a comic with this guy in it, but I knew who he was from the old Toybiz figure and the Fleer trading cards. I remember being confused when I read X-Cutioner's Song for the first time (one of my first trade paperbacks in the 90s along with X-Tinction Agenda and, sigh , Maximum Carnage) and discovered that the character had nothing to do with that story.
