US Election: Kamala Harris Consolidates Democratic Party's Backing | Bloomberg The Pulse 07/23

Published 2024-07-23
Kamala Harris has more than enough pledged delegates to clinch the Democratic presidential nomination. The vice president sealed her status as the presumptive nominee Monday night after crossing the magic number of 1,976 pledged delegates, according to an unofficial Associated Press tally. Harris will launch her nascent presidential campaign in earnest Tuesday with a rally in Milwaukee. “I took on perpetrators of all kinds — predators who abused women, fraudsters who ripped off consumers, cheaters who broke the rules for their own gain,” Harris said in a meeting with campaign staffers on Monday. “So hear me when I say I know Donald Trump’s type," she said.

We know her now as the Border Czar, and she can campaign on her border success!

Joe is "sharp as a tack". Kamala is great. “The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It is their final, most essential command…”

I am a 77 year old gran from South Africa and really I am keeping Donald Trump in my prayers. However I think that even I could do a better job than Karmala.
  • I was hoping for a bunch of challengers entering the field. That would have been fun and who knows what might have emerged. Not that I vote. I gave up on that years ago. Tweedledee and tweedledum, you know.
