😂 Mitch, you need a ring light if you’re not in the studio. “Coming to you live from the Commander County Jail…”

Green enchantment referenced during "insidious roots" segment is "Cryptolith Rite"

I think a card under everyone's radar is Ill-timed explosion. 4 Mana to draw 2 isn't great, but looting two in a reanimator shell or spell slinger deck allows you to get a sweeper that is also progressing your gameplan. Plus the flexability of what you can discard really helps you clear the way for your stuff.

archdruids charm is great. love it. imo one of the chase cards in this set. aftermath analyst will be sought after in commander also. goes in muldrotha for sure. nice synergy with hermit druid also ;)

I think a card you missed is Pick Your Poison. A common for 1 mana that can cause each opponent to sac an ench, arti, or creature with flying is insane. So flexible, and something we dont see in green too often is making opponents sacrifice things. So crazy how pushed these commons and uncommons are. If theyre cheap enough im going to pick up 200 foils, @ .10 each im all in for 20 bucks 😂

i already built a Slime against humanity deck with shalai and halar, very simple but fun

24:16 - Simic? A certain Temur Dragon deck's gonna have a field day with this one....
  • they should have made cases double sided so you flip them when they're solved, so it's easier to keep track

is disguise the same as morph or different?
  • @VexylObby
I have not seen an evolving wilds in years. I think they are just not that important of a card to have. I run mostly untapped lands that give me multiple colors anyways?
  • @nopedefnope9924
I would be more interested in the set if boosters or bundles consisted of a 1:15 chance to get something mentioned and the rest being lands or tokens. Lol

This set feels like a serious powercreep

New leyline breaks Ramos decks. It’s immediately going into my ramos deck when I can get my hands on it

Only one I'm not convinced is Incinerator of the guilty: It seems like a worst version of Balefire Dragon which can be had for similar money at the time of posting. I'm not so sure this will come down in price dramatically since it's still a mythic and the other argument that can be made is that if you can run Balefire Dragon you should be running both of them but I'm not sold as being anything spectacular: Bonehoard Dracosaur on LCoI was definitively far more useful imo. Still good, just not great

first🎉 love cases vs saga that poof afterwards

Supernatural stamina is way better than presumed dead except for big creatures.
  • @mattwilliams2675
Kinda surprised you haven't mentioned Prisoner's Dilemma. The politics potential for that card is ridiculous

I wish Wizards would stop scraping the barrel for rubbish mechanics every set.
