I can respect his service, but Walz shouldn't have lied about "carrying a weapon in combat" in Iraq in order to push his anti-2A amendment agenda.

He was an acting sgm, well at a 1sg rank. He knew about a possible iraq deployment before the paperwork came down the pipeline. They have meetings and conversations with leaders a year in advamce to see if their soldiers are ready for a deployment.

Good reporting. This report says the record straight that he retired before his troop got orders. I would like to know about this Tom Barron’s guy, is he a Republican? My money says yes.
