Dude! I love this guy. Love his honesty. Finally a drummer who says what most of us are thinking. “Fake it till you make it” …”I can’t play that and blamed it on the gear”… I got into a fill I couldn’t get out of “…. “We have fun, I’m not that much of a psychopath” As a Lifetime member of Drumeo… once again proud to be a part of the drumming and Drumeo community!

This guy’s a killer player. But what I love the most and find so refreshing is his transparency and honesty. Finally, someone who is willing to talk about the shortcuts and practicalities and “tricks” behind so much of metal and rock playing! Fantastic stuff.

This was an awesome video and Tanner is far too humble. In Flames' latest LP is a whopper of an album and his drumming is perfect for the songs. Also love how he's super honest about making certain songs easier to make sure he doesn't gas himself out, it's what we all do really.
