  • I am a bit confused. I have applied to 8 ICRC traineeship and get no chance. My profile matched the jobs description. Do not want to give up on #humanitarian job research but seems like you have to be known by the recruiter in Geneva to get the job...or is it a matter of being marginalized as a black woman?
