Heavy rain and strong gusty winds will be out ahead of the center of the storm reaching San Diego. The timing on landfall for San Diego County is between 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Don't forget about the dew, fog and mosquitoes from standing water. Park your car on the street if it needs washing. Be sure to enpty your rain gauges before the storm. Don't hike in dry washes. If you have a wicked witch living with you, keep her indoors.
