80% of the calls he complained about were good calls. but the last 3 actually were ref mistakes and those piss me off so bad in games. The last one should've been a pen, I could totally feel their frustration.

youre a pretty good player, i think you should try to be less arrogant for your team. you and them all made mistakes and it doesnt help getting upset with them for something when there's also many reasons they could be upset with you. anyways, you guys play well, i think you just need to try giving your team more of a confidence boost rather than degrading them. too much hesitation, not enough confident shooting
