Boy, some of those sharks are pretty serious when they want you outta their yard. Nothing like a salt water pool in the backyard to avoid getting blasted by a White Shark.

It looks like there were 10 attacks in Tanzania in 2000. 5 of which were fatal. The most recent attack prior had been 1961. Definitely curious to know more about this cluster.

Great show Hal. Kris (shark bytes) made a show on shark behavior and the Moon. I wonder how many shark attacks occur during full moons. Humans and animals can be affected by the Moon phases. So it makes sense that sea creatures and fish could have changes in their behaviors also. I agree with your "desperate shark" theory, especially in areas that have been over fished.

The attack on Mr. Orlowski is somewhat gray as to what was the culprit? Supposedly, a "shark expert" claimed that it was a juvenile Great White, while a police sergeant said it was a Blue Shark? It just seems that 100 yards from shore in waist-deep water is unusual for a Blue.

Thank U hal I'm moving down south Albany to be exact in western Australia and even though the whaling station is long gone there is absolutely no way I would go swimming there I ain't taking the risk❤❤

I almost forgot about a recent attack in the Bahamas 🇧🇸 where a guy fell off the dock into shark infested waters. He survived, but his leg was torn up. The pics are pretty graphic after he got sewn up

How many lives have changed since you started your channel Hal? I mean, people who have decided they don't want to be shark bait and will not go in the water again?? I know I'm not going to!
