Tier 4 which is League 2. Yes it's confusing and no you don't want to hear why but basically: the premier league (tier 1) broke away from the other leagues so was no longer the first division but was still the top league of the league system and is now filtered down into The Championship (tier 2), League One (tier 3) and League Two (tier 4 - that Wrexham have been playing in this season).
