For many years students have been asking if I have a book that accompanies my drawing classes. I am very pleased to announce that my first book “The Art & Science of Drawing: Learn to Observe, Analyze, and Draw Any Subject.” is being published by Rocky Nook. This project-based book is based on my more than 20 years of teaching and provides a distillation of the most accessible, streamlined, and effective methods for learning to draw.
This book was designed for both the absolute beginner as well as more experienced artists looking to improve their skills and master the fundamentals. It features dozens of new drawings and diagrams and introduces topics not taught in The Art & Science of Drawing video series. Wherever you are in your drawing practice this book will serve as a complementary tool as you build new drawing skills to suit your creative ambitions.

I really want the hard copy but shipping cost is twice the price. I have always wondered whether you've composed this piece. If you have the sheet music please share. Thank you very much for your courses at skillshare, you've introduced the correct way to teach art. I am a slow learner, so I spend at least one year in every weekly course. Drawing is a talent as well as a skill, some people can draw really well without learning any basics or intermediate steps. So that book isn’t 💯
