After an epic summer at Camp Shallow Lake, the Wildcats return to East High where they prepare a stage production of “High School Musical 3: Senior Year.” But plans are disrupted when Principal Gutierrez announces that Disney has decided to make the long-awaited “High School Musical 4: The Reunion” movie on location at their beloved high school. Corbin Bleu, Monique Coleman, Lucas Grabeel, Bart Johnson, Alyson Reed and Kaycee Stroh will play themselves, resurrecting their “High School Musical” roles as “Chad Danforth,” “Taylor McKessie,” “Ryan Evans,” “Coach Jack Bolton,” “Ms. Darbus” and “Martha Cox,” respectively, and the Wildcats will play featured extras in the movie.

I literally got goosebumps when they were showing flashbacks of them when they were singing. Their chemistry over the years had gotten so much better and this season was perfect. To see how far they have come to each other was incredible to see.

Rina was def meant to be, Gina found her light at East High and Ricky learned not to be afraid to love, it's beautiful to see how these characters have grown so much in these four years I love the so much 😭

literally the best song of the season,,,,,, ricky and gina's chemistry is incredible and getting these flashbacks to key moments in their relationship is insanely meaningful now that we get to see how far they´ve come!! watching this on loop <3

the transitions to their moments in s1 and s2 just shows that the sparks and yearning were there from the start. this song seriously shook me when the flashbacks came on. they were also incredibly smooth. the transition to when there was me and you was especially crazy

Nini felt suffocated by Ricky's love, while Gina adored being smothered with his attention. Season 4 is my fave bcs I realized Rina was the spark & chemistry I could resonate with that were absent the previous seasons. I used to be a Rini stan, but now I'm converted. These guys look so much better together, happier together, and are more compatible in every way. I'm glad the show ended the way it did, but I sorely wish I got to see more of their love story. Eight episodes is way too short.
