  • Dubai is 16 meters above sea level while city of manila is only 2 meters above sea level.. flood will occur when there's storm one or two days only.. the problem in Dubai is the water is trap along road and highways and can not go along the shore because of the small diameter pipe drainage

    I want to mention that flooded EV needs to be parked in different locations because EVs catch fire in the presence of the water.

    City infrastructure wasn't designed for that much water, note this was 70mm of water in a day. We get 300mm of water in 2 hours reason why our road drains diameter are 1.5m
