Are people factoring the amount of money stolen or wasted that could go to minimum wage? The $860k Yahaya Bello is accused of stealing, how many years Kogi workers salary could have been paid? How about when same person destroyed a road during elections to prevent voting for his opponent? How much did rebuilding that road cost, is that not salary that could have been paid.
