This song dropped exactly on the 3rd anniversary of when my younger sister passed away and Atmosphere is one of the direct connections between our hearts, and has been for about 20 years. I'm brought to tears of joy as I listen because I can feel that she's still just as excited about a new Atmosphere single and upcoming album as she was since 'Lemons". Today I'm choosing to believe that the straightforward hook on this song was my personal request for Slug to write for Amy. <3 Peace and love to you all.

I lost my wife on New Year's Eve 2019. Our son was about to turn 10. Our 20-year anniversary was 70 days away. I fell in love again july 4th, 2022. She was amazing, her son was within 4 months of my son's age. She left, but her son always had my back. He called me on Christmas morning that year when things were really ugly for him. I told him his mom would come back. We'd be a family. She came back for Easter of 2023. We got engaged. Went to concerts, out of town, family vacation... she got pregnant. Our son is due 2/12/24. She left. Gone for Halloween, her birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & (my least favorite) New Year's Eve. Kristi, I'm waiting with our son's for you to come home. We miss you. We love you. We need you. DIFLY DIFMY AAFFAA 2024 ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 She'd left again in August but came back in time to see Atmosphere in Atlanta 8/31. When she left later in October, it's been the last time. My lady's got 2 men & I'm trying to raise 2 men. Shout out to slug & Ant. Cheers to 2024. It'll be okay.
