Nona feelt like she was encouraging and actually working with her team- jesus it felt like Russell was just yelling to yell..

I'm not surprised in the slightest that Russel lost with the way he performed. Nona was stern with what she expected from her team, meanwhile Russel's only standard was "do it faster" and ended up sending out undercooked food.
